10 minutes, 8 seconds, no matter the place, no matter how busy your schedule, taking time to relax and breathe is a great way to clear the path into the next moment, just before you pass into another room, in and out of the car, really any movement from one activity to the next can be a great time to just stop, take a few soft breathes, allowing you to clear your mind before you begin the next activity, now you can move into it with a clear calm mind.

Meditation does not have to be a done in large chunks of time, meditation is often confused in its use and purpose, what really all boils down to is how you use and accept into your routine.

Today will be just sitting in silence in and of itself,  peace be with you as you breathe.
