10 minutes, 8 seconds, no matter the place, no matter how busy your schedule, taking time to relax and breathe is a great way to clear the path into the next moment, just before you pass into another room, in and out of the car, really any movement from one activity to the next can be a great time to just stop, take a few soft breathes, allowing you to clear your mind before you begin the next activity, now you can move into it with a clear calm mind.
Meditation does not have to be a done in large chunks of time, meditation is often confused in its use and purpose, what really all boils down to is how you use and accept into your routine.
Today will be just sitting in silence in and of itself, peace be with you as you breathe.
It is important to take a moment and realize our connection with everything around us, today we are connecting with who we are beyond our physical self.
We are all part of the same greater entity, seeing our selves in the things that surround us gives us a greater respect and appreciation towards the world we live in and more importantly the world we create.
In meditation it is easy to let our daily thoughts take over our concentration, don’t fight through them, let each thought gently pass, give them a moment of recognition then let them fall away, as each one passes keep pulling your main focus to the center of your mind, if you have difficulty in this, find some relaxing music or a visual that can help you focus, meditation music will have repeating patterns that you can focus on, this will help you center your thoughts. Thanks for joining us.

We need to step up our awareness of the damage we are doing to the planet, this week we are let’s give some love back to mother earth, if you have a bike ride it, if you live close to work enjoy a walk, if none of these fit your schedule simply stopping for a moment and putting a positive thought is all we ask, thanks for the support.
Today’s meditation will be on general Self-awareness.
